fees free study 잘 아시는 분 계신가요?

올해부터 정부에서 시행하는 1 year fees free study 지원 자격이 궁금합니다. 뉴질랜드에서 tertiary 공부를 안한 사람이면 다 지원 가능하다고 들었는데, 그럼 한국에서 받은 학위 상관없이 지원 가능한지 좀 알려주세요.

1. 취득 3년 경과된 영주권자 이상
2. not have previously undertaken more than 60 credits (half a year of equivalent full-time tertiary education or 0.5 EFTS) at level 3 or above on the NZQF, including tertiary education at an equivalent level in any other country. This excludes any tertiary education undertaken while enrolled in a secondary school. --> 여기에 해당되므로 안됩니다.

윗분 답글 감사합니다. 그런데 아래 링크를 보면 제가 좀 헤깔려서요. 한국 학위 상관없이 지원가능한듯 해서요.

해외학위 받으신것 자체가 60크레딧 이상 이수한 것(NZ equivalent)이기때문에 해당 없습니다. 제가 첨부드린 링크가 정부의 안내 사이트입니다.
