무상 임대 주택에 입주하려면 어떤 조건들이 있나요?

social worker 에게 연락해보셔서 application 작성하시면 될거예요.. 그리고 income이 굉장히 낮으셔야 합니다. 정확히는 기억이 나지않지만요, 낮으셔야 eligible applicant가 되실수있어요

You and your family may be eligible for social housing with Income-Related Rent if you:
•have New Zealand residency (through citizenship or permanent residency) and usually living in New Zealand (there are exceptions to this criteria)

housing new zealand criteria에 부합하지않으시더라도, financial assistance가 있습니다. 그리고 가족중에 health problem이 있는경우에는 다른경로로도 국가에서 도움 주실 거예요. 그리고 혹시 집에 아픈사람이 있으면 주저하지 마시고 무조건 emergency로 데리고 오셔요.. 그리고 discharge 되시면 home care nursing team 이 follow up 합니다. 그렇게 되시면 이쪽에서 간호사들이 house assess할수 있구요, social worker referral 도 됩니다.
