트레이닝 기간은 법으로 정해지진 않았습니다. 통상 임플로이와 임플로이간에 조정을 하고 임플로이먼트 어그리먼트에 보통 명시가 되어있을겁니다.(만약 트레이닝 기간이 있다면요.) 그리고 싸인하면 쌍방 합의하에 트레이닝기간이 정해지는것이지요. 한국업주들은 모르겠습니다. 트레이닝 기간동안 최저임금또한 법적으로 정해지진 않았지만 보통 미니멈 웨이지 근처 주죠. 한국업주들은 모르겠습니다.
The minimum wage is $13.00 per hour. The training minimum wage is for people who are also doing credited study with their work. For example, some builders will work as an intern and be doing a building course at the same time, this is because the results of their job will be used in their course. So their employer can pay them less. Or for people who are 16 or 17 years old and in their first 3 months of work.

Basically if you fill in the form they will investigate your pay, but sometimes this just happens automaticall. No one will say why the investigation is happening, so your boss won't know that you sent in the forms. You boss will just think they are unlucky, and are getting investigated (which can just happen sometimes)
