은행 모기지 이율이 변동되는 기간이 어떻게 되는지 궁금합니다.
예를 들면 한달에 한번씩 이율이 바뀌는 것인지
은행 이율이 얼마나 자주 바뀌는지 궁금해서요.

Flexible rates (the interest rate can go up or down in line with changes in the market)
The following information is current as at Sunday, 30 September 2018 and is subject to change. You should seek confirmation of interest rates from ANZ before you take out any home loan.

Minimum 20% equity, ANZ transaction account with your salary direct credited plus one other product, otherwise standard rates apply. Not available with package discounts.

Floating rate N/A 5.79% p.a.
Rate does not apply to package discounts including ANZ Select and ANZ Select Plus. This is not a full list of rates, if your rate is not listed above please contact ANZ.
