I would not recommend buying from Dicksmith
It is cheaper, but it is not worth it.
There are no shops in New Zealand, so if you have any
problems, you have to send it back to Dicksmith (Australia).
The problem is that their customer service is very poor. It takes
a month for the warranty service to proceed. Also, if you intending to buy
phones such as Samsung, Samsung NZ cannot provide warranty as they are
parallel imported. Overall, it is not worth saving that extra money. If the product you're
interested is below $200, I say it shouldn't be a problem. But for products that are more than
$200, i would consider buying it within New Zealand from places like Noel-Leeming, Harvey Norman or
JB HI Fi.
Hope this helps! (Sorry about response in English).
