Yes. A student who is studying in 2014 and would have been eligible for an allowance and/or loan in 2014 under the previous two year stand-down, will be eligible until they reach their three year stand-down.

Do I need to have been enrolled in 2013 and received a Student Allowance and/or Student Loan to qualify under the transitional provisions?
No, students do not need to be have studied or received a Student Allowance or Loan in 2013 to qualify under the transitional provisions.
