호주 영주권자이던 뉴질랜드 영주권자이던 각국으로 입국시에는 한국여권 즉 한국시민으로 입국하게됩니다. 타 나라에서의 영주권은 그나라에 거주할수있는 해외시민이라는뜻이기에 호주-뉴질랜드간의 자국 국민들의 혜택은 이양되지 않습니다.

호주영주권자는 뉴질공항에서 바로 뉴질랜드 영주권 스탬프 찍어줍니다. 그리고 ird 사무실가셔서 넘버 신청하시고 아이들이 있을경우 아이들도 ird 넘버 신청해서 하면 수당나와요.

근데 뉴질랜드 영주권자는 호주가면 아무 혜택없고요. 요즘 호주경기로 인해 뉴질랜드로 이주 ,, 주변에서 많이 하시는데... 확실히 체감되네요

Citizens and permanent residents of Australia
Citizens and permanent residents of Australia (who do not have certain criminal convictions) may visit, live and work in New Zealand indefinitely. Upon arrival, Australian citizens are exempted from the requirement to hold a permit and Australian permanent residents are granted a residence permit.

Family tax credit 과 Benefit(실업수당 등등) 을 혼동 하시지 마시기를  두가지 모두 뉴질랜드 일정한 기간 거주하셔야 받으실수 있습니다.

Benefit 은 뉴질랜드에서는 Work and Income (호주 centrelink 같은곳) 에서 신청 하셔야되지만
뉴질랜드 영주권 소지이후 2년 거주 하신후에 가능합니다.

2년 이하경우 굉장히 특별한 상황이 있을경우 사례별로 결정 하고요.  즉 예를들어 뉴질랜드 회사에 취직한 L씨. 안정된 직장에 취직해서 이민왔는데 예상치 못하게 그회사가 갑자기 망한 경우 라든지...  특별사유가 없을경우 benefit 신청은 당장은 불가능 합니다. 

주택보조금 Accommodation Supplement 는 영주권 또는 시민일경우 거주 기간 조건이 없습니다.  하지만 좀 도움이 되는정도 입니다. 싱글/커플/가족, 소득과 주택비용(rent, board or mortgage), 사는지역에 따라서 금액차이가 납니다. 보조금은, 보조금일분 생활할정도가 아니고 오클랜드는 요즘 심한 주택난이 있고요
