안녕하세요.
집 매물 광고에서 ' vendor 가 구입한 물건이라 꼭 팔려야 한다.' 또는 ' vendor 가 빨리 팔고 해외가야한다' 이러는데 vendor 가 뭔가요. 집주인 하고 틀린가요?
그리고 광고에 네고라면서 expressions of interest 하고 언제까지 날자를 적어놓는걸 봤는데 이건 옥션이랑 틀린건지요..

부동산 업계에서 매도인(seller)으로 쓰는 표현입니다: "In property sales the vendor is the name given to the seller of the property. This does not mean they are the owner or full owner. (A person may have a mortgage which means a bank owns most or all of the property but he can still, with their permission, sell it.)"
