뉴질랜드 학력과 관련없는 직종으로는 post study work visa 신청이 안될겁니다. 확실한건 이민성에 물어보시는게 맞지만 2년 짜리 post study work visa는 관련 학과여야 하고 full time 취업이 됐을 때 가능한 것으로 알고있습니다. 영주권 신청시 학과과정 졸업의 경우 해당학과 과정과 관련된 직업이어야만 학교졸업과 관련해서 점수를 받을 수 있습니다. 점수가 충분하시다면 상관없지만 IT가 아닌경우 점수 맞출만한 방법이 거의 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

If you want to get a work visa for a job that is related to your Korean experience or qualifications but not related to your New Zealand study, then you will need to apply for an Essential Skills Visa. The position must be advertised and your employer must demonstrate that they have made genuine attempts to recruit New Zealanders. I suggest that you discuss your options with a professional adviser or lawyer because you may be able to find a way of relating your NZ study to your job.

If you are going for essential skills then you will also need to consider your pay rate because of the new rules about pay and length of visa. Good luck with your application.
