글 보시는 모든분들 대박 나세요.
다름이 아니라 오클랜드에서 사용하던 가게 상호를 가게를 팔고 몇십키로 떨어진 푸케코헤에 와서
사용하는게 법적으로 문제가 되는지 문의 합니다.
가까운 장소도 아니고 지역도 완전히 다른데 제 생각에는 서로간의 지명도 도 높일수 있고 차후에는 물품도 공동구매를
통하여 경쟁력을 키울수 있다고 생각했는데 오클랜드가게 사신분이 기분이 나쁘다고 하네요.
시티 카운실에 등록도 했고 간판등 제작을 했는데 정 법적으로 문제가 될수도 있다고 하면
앞에 지명을 넣으면 괞찮은지 선배님들의 조언을 구합니다.
농촌 돈부리 -> 푸케코헤 농촌 돈부리 이렇게 바꾸는건 문제가 안 되나요?

Use the office’s database to make sure your preferred business name isn’t already being used as a commercial asset and, if you already have a logo designed, register the unique combination of words and images that make up your brand as a trade mark so others cannot copy it.

법적인 것은 저두 정확하겐 모르겠지만 "농촌 돈부리"의 상표권이 IPONZ 에 등록되어 있다면 불법인 것은 확실한 것 같습니다. 차라리 한분이 등록을 하고 프랜차이즈식으로 운영하시면 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 시티에 털보네 순대국이 있고 알바니도 털보네 순대국 있는데 어떻게 진행하시고 있는지 여쭈어 보셔도 좋을 것 같습니다.
