18. Work done Without building consent (Waiver)

The purchaser acknowledges being made aware that certain work namely THE REAR DECK on the property has been carried out without a building permit or building consent. The purchaser waives any right of requisition in respect of that work, including any right to claim against the Vendor in respect of any warranty relating to that work which is contained in clause 6.2 and the LIM condition in clause 9.2 (if applicable), and accepts full responsibility for any consequences that may result from thee work having been carried out without any or contrary to necessary permit or consent, including the costs of complying with any requisitions issued by the territorial authority or any other relevant authority.
