영유아보육법 제정을 통해 전환점을 맞이한 한국의 보육정책은 이후 새로운 환경변화에 적응하며 발전되어왔다. 그에 최근의 보육정책은 정책수혜자의 권리와 욕구에 충실하고 그들의 정책만족도 극대화를 지향하는 수요자 중심성을 갖게 되었는데 영유아 보육교육비 지원정책도 그 일환으로써 보육시설을 이용하는 여성과 영유아가 정책의 중요 수요자가 된다. 본 연구는 여성에 대해 설문조사를, 영유아에 대해서는 행태 관찰을 통해 그들의 정책만족도를 파악했으며, 그 결과 양 수요자 모두 현행 영유아 보육교육비 지원정책에 대해 만족도가 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 하지만 정책의 점진적인 확대와 강화에 장애가 될 수 있는 부분이 일부 존재하기 때문에 그에 대한 실효성 높은 개선으로 선진 보육정책 정착에 한층 노력해야 할 것이다.

Through the enactment of infants and young children care act ,facing with the turning point of its Korean policy which has focused on the beneficiaries of the policy in faithful rights and desires and the maximization aim of their satisfaction level of the policy as well has been in that position. However,women and infants will,thus, become an important demander of the policy in supporting their educational spending together with the facility use.
The major aim to study it has been apprehended by their satisfaction
level of policy through the conduct survey of the women and forms of observation of the infants.
As a result of it, it was understood that both of the demanders
have high level of satisfaction policy in regard to the backing-up current infants and young children's care funds. But, due to a barrier fact to be existed in a way toward its progressive enlargement and reinforcement, the policy will be required to improve
its high effectiveness in order to settle advanced infants care policy in appreciation of a lot more efforts.
