뉴질랜드 하우징에서 지원하여 키위뱅크나 TSB뱅크 등 몇몇 곳에서 취급하는 Welcome home loan에 대해 궁금한 것이 있는데, 이 제도로 집을 사신분이나 잘 아시는 분은 답변 좀 부탁드려요.
제가 알고 있는 정보는,
1.지역에 따라 최고 350,000달러 까지 지원이 가능하다.
2. 200,000달러까지는 deposit이 필요없고, 초과 금액에 대하여 대출금액에 15%를 deposit 해야한다.
3. 가족 구성원의 숫자에 따라 3명 이상일 경우 년 수입이 120,000달러까지는 신청 가능하다.
제가 알고 싶은 것은,
1. 주택 가격의 제한이 있는지?
2. 예를 들어 주택가격이 500,000달러일 경우,
* Welcome home loan에서 350,000달러를 지원받는다고 할 때, 나머지 150,000달러에 대한 부분은 추가적으로 은행에서 대출이 가능한지(내가 deposit할 수 있는 금액이 충분치 않다는 가정하에)
