안녕하세여..저는 현재 워홀비자로 체류하고있는 청년인데여...
다름이 아니라...워홀비자로 한 컴패니에서 얼마동안이나 일할수있나여??
제가 알기로는 워홀비자 자체가 문화교류 차원에서 생긴거기에 한컴패니에서 3개월이상 일을 할수 없다고 알고있거든여..
근데 오피스 측에서는 한국인인 경우에 6개월까지 가능하다고 하는데.,..
괜히 잘못된정보로 인해 일했다가 강제추방당하면 어쩌나 해서여..저는 지금 택스신고를 하면서 일을하고있거든여...
답변좀 부탁드립니다..그리고 워크비자를 이번에 신청하려고 하는데...신청료가 얼마인지 알고싶어여..
이민성 웹사이트 들어가봐도 잘모르겠구.,..그게 신청 분야마다 틀린건가여??그리고 워크비자랑 permit이랑은 무슨차이가 있는거져??
제가 하려는건 essential skill인데...

① When you’re here(NZ)
ⓐ you must not take up permanent employment (unless you apply for and are granted an ordinary work permit while you’re here)
ⓑ you must not work for the same employer for more than three months
ⓒ you can enrol in one or more courses of training or study of up to three months’ duration in total during your visit.

② The skill levels in ANZSCO range from 1 (high skilled) to 5 (low skilled). We can only give you a five-year visa and permit under this policy once, although you may reapply for a further permit for a shorter duration (up to three years).
If your application is successful and your occupation is within ANZSCO Skill Level 4 or 5 the maximum duration of your permit and visa is one year.
