We are currently processing your Income Tax refund. Apologies for the time this has taken. We would like to ensure the international banking requirements specific to your country are met. In order for your nominated bank in your country to not reject this refund, carefully review the following details in myIR and get back to us with any new details via a web message no later than Monday the 21st of October 2019:
1 - your bank/branch ID (this is an 8-11 character code mostly made up of characters),
2 - your bank account number (ensure you have deleted all those bank accounts which are not valid),
3 - your contact phone number preferably a local number if you live overseas (this is if the bank needs to get in touch with you about anything),
4 - confirm the currency your bank accepts.
Your local bank may deduct bank fees and charges for international transfers. Contact your bank if you would like to know more about these fees and charges.
10월 5일에 메일보냈는데 이렇게답이왔네요! 저는 where is my refund? 들어갔을때 Pending processing 되있었구여! 혹시 저랑 같은상태라면 다시 메일보내보셔도 좋을것같아요.
