회사등록을 하긴 했는데.. 현재 운영은 하고 있지만 전혀 소득이 없는 상태입니다.
물론 1년내에는 조금의 소득이 발생하긴 했고요..
아래의 메일을 받았는데.. 소득신고 하라는 것인가요?
어떻게 해야하는지요???

회사를 설립한다는 것은 Companies Office 에 등기가 되는것입니다.
등기가 되어 동일 이름의 회사가 설립되는것을 막게 되는것이지요.
등기가 되면 매년 Annual Return을 해주어야 합니다.
회사 주주 변동 내역등을 Annual Return을 통해 신고하는 것이구요
Annual Return의 주 목적은 이 회사가 아직도 살아 있다는 신고를 하는것입니다.
신고를 안하면 일정기간 후에 등기 소멸이 될수 있습니다.
국세청(IRD)에 소득신고를 하는 일반 세무 신고와는 전혀 별개의 신고입니다.
