제가 뉴질랜드 영주권이 있습니다. 애들은 뉴질랜드 시민권자구요.
한국에서 지금 둘다 거주하고 있는데도 배우자 영주권을 신청할수 있나요?
아니면 뉴질랜드에서 거주하기 시작하면서 신청해야하나요?
배우자 영주권 나오면 뉴질랜드 들어갈까 생각하고 있어서요.
그리고 신청하면 나오는데까지 대략 얼마나 걸리나요?

Hi there,
There is a special category for partners of citizens who have lived outside New Zealand for 5 years or more. If your children have been overseas for a long time then there is a chance their partners can apply directly for permanent residence (영구영주권). If they fall into this category then they can save a lot of time and cost. You should contact a professional adviser or lawyer to discuss.
Anyway, whether residence (영주권), or permanent residence (영구영주권), they can apply while they are in Korea. Again, I suggest contacting a professional adviser or Lawyer to discuss the details, because it will depend on their personal circumstances.
