1. No problem. You can move to the new job any time while you still have an open work visa.
2. These days the amount of pay is quite important. If your pay is too low (compared to average pay for your job in NZ) then you may have some trouble to get the visa.
3. There is no difference between restaurant and cafe. The important thing is your job description and job duties.

This visa is for recent graduates who have successfully completed their qualification in New Zealand. To apply you’ll need to have an offer of full-time work in the same area as your qualification. With this visa you can

Work in the job you’ve been offered for the employer who offered it.
Get practical work experience in the same area as your qualification.
Things to note

You can be granted this visa more than once, but you’ll need to complete another acceptable qualification each time you apply.
You can't include a partner or dependent children in your visa application, but they can apply for visas based on their relationship to you.

Visa conditions
If you are granted a visa, there are conditions that you must meet. These visa conditions are described below.

Entry permission
You must apply for entry permission when you arrive in New Zealand. You can do this by completing an arrival card, which you’ll be given on the way to New Zealand.

You can be refused entry permission if:

you don't meet our character requirements
your circumstances have changed since you were granted a visa
you refuse to let us take your photo or to provide us with your fingerprints or an iris scan, if asked for them.
TRAVELLING TO AND ARRIVING IN NEW ZEALAND
Travel
If you want to travel in and out of New Zealand, you must have valid multiple entry travel conditions to return to New Zealand.

Your travel conditions will be explained on your visa label or visa letter.
Work
You may work only in the specific occupation, for the employer and in the location specified on your visa.

If you want to change your job, employer or work location you may be able to apply for a Variation of Conditions. Otherwise you’ll need to apply for and be granted a new work visa before you can make changes.
Study
You can study for up to 3 months in any 12-month period.

You may be able to do other study if it’s required by your employer as part of your employment.
Visa expiry
You must leave New Zealand before your visa expires.

Visa expiry dates are printed on a visa label, or included in a visa letter.
