화장실이 오래되서 고치려하니
디자이너를 구해서 설계도를 시청에 허가 받아야 할수있다고 (기존의 하나의 화장실은 두개로 나누려고합니다) 디자이너가 와서 견적을 내고 갔는데...
2200 플러스gst 에 카운실허가맡는거 2500 이라고 되어 있더라구요ㅠ
월래 이정도 금액이 합당한건가요?
2200불 안에는
Preliminary Design + Checks
Initial consultation; outline of your brief, meeting on site, basic checks.ㅡ100불
Preliminary Design Sketch; a basic concept sketch encapsulating your brief and site restraints. It is likely we will amend
the Preliminary Design before moving to the next stage.
* Basic Sketch (floor plans + elevation) ㅡ500불
Technical Drawings and Submission for consent
Working Drawings; this is the bulk of the work, which consists of building up a set of technical documents (drawings and
specifications) that ensure your project is buildable and meets the requirements of the Territorial Authority, the New Zealand
Building Code, and various applicable construction related New Zealand Standards. It is likely a structural, fire, and HVAC
engineers will be engaged at this stage. It includes specifications, bracing calculations, thermal calculations, and detailed
drawings. Once the working drawings are completed your project will be quantifiable, and able to be submitted to the
Territorial Authority for building consent.
Submission for Building Consent; it is usual that some technical questions or issues about your project will have to be
dealt with during the consent application. Once lodged it will take between 4 and 6 weeks to be processed by the Council. ㅡ1600불

(To be used in the event of major unforeseen extensions of time, or client driven changes to the initial brief
