안녕하세요. 저희는 4인 가족(어른 한 명, 15세, 12세, 10세)입니다. 

이번 7월 18일부터 9월 28일까지 약 10주간 지낼 타카푸나 인근 집을 구하고 있습니다. 

저와 제 딸은 작년 2월, 오클랜드에서 한달살기를 했고, 그때가 너무 좋아서 이번에 조카들을 데리고 다시 갑니다. :) 

저희는 깔끔하고, 조용하고, 수줍은 전형적인(?) 한국인 가족이에요 ^^; 

타카푸나 초등학교를 걸어갈 거리였으면 하고, 예산은 공과비 포함 주당 1000~1200nz$ 이하로 생각하고 있습니다. (총 72일, 12,000NZ$ 이하, 집에 따라 조정가능)

이 기간동안 한국으로 단기간 들어오시는 분 계시면 괜찮을 것 같아 NZkoreapost에 남겨봅니다.

Looking for a 10-Week Short-Term Rental(school term 3) in Takapuna Area.

Hello, 

We are a clean and respectful korean family (1 adults + 3 children, 15, 12, 10 years old)

looking for a 10-Week Short-Term Rental in Takapuna Area.

(Within walking distance to Takapuna primary School and TNIS)

My daughter and I lived near Bayswater for a month last February. We had such a great time there that We plan to go back again with my nephews.

My children are planning to attend a school in Takapuna. 

I prefer a house in the same condition as an Airbnb.  :)

Dates: 18 July – 28 September 2026 ( 10 weeks + 2 days)

What we're looking for:

· 2~3 bedrooms / Furnished

· Private bathroom (shower and toilet)

· Kitchen with fridge and basic cooking equipment/utensils

· Washing machine

Budget: ~$1200 per week including water, electricity, and internet.
