The landlord, a friendly couple with cat from Hong Kong, lives on the second floor. The room to be rented is on the first floor. It has good lighting and does not interfere with each other's life. It can be accessed from the deck. There is an independent bathroom, an independent washing machine, and a sun shed on the deck for easy drying.
