Hello.
My partner and I are looking for a third flatmate since our current flatmate is leaving NZ.
We are a Japanese and Kiwi couple who are in age 30s.
We are very clean and tidy so that we expect you to be the same.
Our house is in very safe residential area, and locates walking distance (about 10 to 15 min) to Sunnynook bus stop and supermarkets including korean supermarket Wang! There are lots of Asian restaurants, fastfood shops, and a cinema.
We have one bathroom and one toilet separately.
Your room is furnished with a single bed and bed sheets, a wardrobe, a rack shelf which can be extended if you like and a bedside table.
If you like, you can borrow a pillow and duvets as well.
In common rooms such as a living dining room and kitchen, you'll find everything you need!
We have plenty of dishes and cups.
It's perfect to start your life in NZ!
Rent is $205/pw including common consumables such as toilet papers, soaps, bin tags and so on. You don't need to go get them. We'll do!
On top on that, we'll charge you bills once a month; Internet, water, power. Gas is super cheap, so probably only one time charge($10) or none if you don't cook much. We'll manage it. Don't worry about it :)
The total of bills is approximately $20-30/pw.
There is only one condition...
we are going to move out in November since we are expecting a baby in December.
Therefore the renting period will be until our moving date.
We are hoping to find someone who can stay until that time, not too early like after ²months.
