Beach Haven 에 위치한 깔끔한 집 입니다. 윗집과 나뉘어져 있는 집으로 별도의 출입구로 되어 있습니다. (윗집은 다른 세입자 분이 살고 있습니다)

위치는 Glenfield College 근처에 위치해 있고, Glenfield Shopping mall 로 부터 약 2km 떨어져 있습니다. 

주차공간은 집 앞에 1대 있구요, 바깥 길에도 주차 공간은 있습니다. 

버스 정류장은 집 바로 앞에 있고, Ferry 정류장도 집 근처에 있습니다. (도보가능) 

1 Bedroom 이긴 합니다만, 싸이즈는 일반 2 bedroom 과 비슷해서 Couple 분들이 살기에 적합합니다.  (60m2 조금 넘습니다)

부엌과 living room 은 open 되어 있고, storage 창고와 bathroom, Laundry 는 따로 있습니다.
