이번에 이사하면서 집주인 부탁으로 광고올려요.
상당히 깨끗하고 집사이즈도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 거실이 살짝 기울어진 느낌이 있는데, 사는데 큰 지장은 없었습니다.
집주인은 키위 할아버지인데 3년동안 인스펙션도 안하고 터치도 없었어요.
금액은 네고가 가능하다고 하네요. 3월 14일에 이사하면서 청소할 예정이라 그 다음날부터 입주가능할거 같습니다.
