파넬 커플룸 플랫 있습니다. 현재 거주하고있는 사람은 총 7명이구요 커플이 나갈예정입니다. 집은 정말 예쁘고 천장이 높아요. 시티가는 이너링크 아우터링크 다 10분거리에 있구요 브리토마트 가는버스는 5분거리에 있습니다.

End of November early December move in

My partner and I are moving on from our amazing Parnell villa after 2 years of living here!
(We are hoarders so room may look a bit smaller but proves how much you can fit in there!)

This is a 6 bedroom flat with three toilets and two bathrooms, and a view you cannot bet!

We are open to a  couple or single and pets are negotiable , there is already a boarder collie here but open to other friendly pets!

The rent is $500 a week and bills are spilt normally about $25 each a week.

Heaps of off street parking.
방이 진짜 크고 햇빛이 잘 들어요. 시티까지는 2정거장만 가시면 되구요 위치가 아주 좋습니다 커플이 들어오시면 250씩 부담하시고 빌은 25불씩해서 주당 한사람당 275 내시면 돼요. 주차자리도 엄청 많고 발코니도 있습니다. 참고로 보더콜리가 있어서 강아지 좋아하시면 꼭 이집 오셔야 해요

인터넷 물 전기 플러스 공동용품들은 일주일에 25불씩 차지 있습니다. 현재 한국인은 저 포함 두명 있어요.
