집이 오래되긴 했지만 조용하고 살기도 좋습니다. 

밀포드 지역 치고는 가격이 매우 저렴한 편이에요.

아래층은 비어있어서 소음 걱정없구요, 집주인이 아래층 렌트 안받을거라고 합니다.

웨슬렉보이즈 바로 건너편이고 드라이브웨이 바로옆에 버스정류장이 있습니다.

조용하고 데크도 크고 뷰가 좋아요 (데크에서 랑기토토 아일랜드가 보여요.)

주방이 다른공간과 문으로 분리 되어있어서 냄새나는 요리할때나 아기 잘때도 주방일 하기 편하더라구요. 

방은 카펫이고 주방과 거실은 마룻바닥입니다.

이번 폭우에도 침수된 곳 전혀 없습니다.
