We have a room with your own full private bathroom (next to room and not shared with anyone else) available in Newmarket/Greenlane!

The Room: -$380 per week + expenses (split evenly as they come in). -Unfurnished room that can fit a double/king bed. Can arrange a double bed if required for the room. -Full private bathroom next to room. -Built-in wardrobe space and clothes rack. -Please note, the room isn't particularly large so this will not suit someone that has a lot of furniture/stuff to put in the room.

The House & Location: The house is a near brand-new 3-level townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is modern and very clean. We leave 1 bedroom as a study/WFH room which you are more than welcome to utilise. All whiteware and appliances included and are extremely high European quality. The common areas are also furnished with high quality furnishings and appliances throughout. The location is great and easily walkable to public transport and easy access to both Northern and Southern motorways! -10minute walk to Greenlane train station -2minute walk to bus stops -5minute walk to nearby cafes -3minute walk to Woolworths Greenlane -1minute drive to Southern/Northern motorway onramps

About You - We are looking for a friendly working professional who is clean, respectful and ideally between the ages of 25 - 35. Preferably looking for long-term tenants. We're a rainbow friendly flat and expect you to be too! Only single people will be considered.

Current Flatmates - You will be living with 2 other guys. We’re all pretty chill (20s/early 30s – one works in the energy sector, the other works as a medical doctor). We are all chill, good humoured and social, enjoy a shared meal or drink together from time to time but also enjoy our own space too.
