Looking for a Female flatmate only to fill our spare double bedroom in Hillcrest, Northshore.
Room will be available from 1st February onward. Rent is $190/week and will include internet, water and electricity.
Room has already had a bed, desk and chair.
You will share the kitchen and bathroom with our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We are friendly, easy going and flexible. Both I and my wife are working, and kids will go to school during weekdays.
