- Location: Bucklands Beach, Auckland (1 min walk to bus stop, 5 min drive to Halfmoon Bay ferry terminal, 3 min walk to dairy & Bucklands/Eastern Beach).

- Rent: Room 1 $260 & Room 2 $240/week (all bills included: power, water & internet). Two weeks bond fee.

- Room: Sunny & fully furnished queen size bedroom (bed, side table & wardrobe) downstairs. The owner lives upstairs. Entrance is shared only.

- Bathroom & toilet: Shared with 1 flatmate (2 females) downstairs.

- Facilities: modern kitchenette with washing machine and cozy living & dining room downstairs. 

- Available: available after 15 September 2025. Street parking available.

- Preferences: Quiet, tidy, non-smoker & no pet, two female flatmates, working professional or student. The owner, a Korean couple, would love someone with a similar culture (good manner & respectful household).
