Looking for a Quiet and clean FEMALE MATURE ADULT to share my apartment with.
You will be living with me, the owner. The room comes with a bed, bedding, bedside table, desk and chair.
You will have a separate bathroom from the owner.
The location is 5 km from City Centre, only 10
minutes by bus. So, you will have the benefit of living in a suburb with a nice
view but very close to City Centre and other suburbs. The apartment is very
close to St Lukes Mall Shopping Centre, Kingsland Shops and cafes, Morningside
Cafes. You can basically walk from the apartment.
Bus stops are just outside the apartment.
Morningside railway station is across the road. To New Lynn is easy as there is
direct bus from outside the apartment. You can also catch a train to Newmarket
from Kingsland. Or catch a train from Morningside to West Auckland. There are
direct buses to Skycity, Les Mills Auckland City, Wynyard Quarter.
We have a very nice view to Eden Park, One Tree
Hill, Mt Albert Summit and Waitakere from the balcony.
