-20 minutes drive to the CBD.
-15 mins walk to trains staion, Countdown, Pak n save , grocery shop, McDonalds,KFC, convince store, butchery, restaurant, etc.
-10 mins walk to the beautiful Point England Reserve
-9 mins away from sylvia park mall by car or 20mins by bus
-10mins away from Mission bay, St Heliers by car
-Have own internal big garage and external parking place next to garage, and also street parking allowed
-On first floor, internal garage, master bed room only and small garden
-On 2nd floor, nice modern new kitchen and living room and balcony, toilet, a single room.
