It is ideal for a student in UNI/ international student/traveler within easy access to Auckland Uni, Queens street, Britomart station and Countdown within 10 minute walking distance. Rent is $270. Excluding all the utilities(Power,Water,WIFI) These have been set up.
Available Date from 13/04/24 (minimum stay of 10 months) No pets and No smokers.
