we’ve got a good sized room available now in one tree hill. The room comes with a queen size bed(need your own bed cover set) and a built-in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The place is literally 5 mins walk to Cornwall park and there’s a bus stop to CBD. Heaps of off street parking if you have a car.
About us : we’re a couple in our mid and late 20s.
Both work full time so pretty busy on weekdays but love to have a movie night or some drinks on weekends.
About you : a person who pay rent on time, tidy, responsible.
Ideally work full time.
The rent is $245 for single include expenses.
3weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance.
