제 친구는 깔끔하고 사교성 좋은 20대 말레이시안 남자이에요.

플렛비는 1주일에 공과금 포함해서 $230이구요 가구들은 다 있어서 몸만 들어오시면 됩니다.

1 double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat in Pakuranga fully furnished and move in mid/late November. The room has a bed and mattress, desk, shelf, clothes rack and side table (linen and pillows not included) The flat is a 5min walk from the bus stop, 15min walk from Pakuranga Plaza, and 10 minutes drive from Sylvia park and motorway onramp. Plenty of parking on the long driveway or on street. You will be sharing the flat with myself (28 self employed full time) and potentially a 3rd flatmate. Also with my 2 friendly pups so ideally you love dogs as much as I do! Ideal flatmate would be someone respectful, social, tidy and cleans up after themselves. A full time student or young working professional preferred. Bond is 2 weeks rent + 1 week rent in advance Weekly rent is $230 (inc expenses)
