Option 1: 

RENT: $250 PER WEEK. (Bills are not included) 

BOND =  2 weeks negotiable 

WEEKS RENT: $250 BOND: $500 

1 WEEK RENT  IN ADVANCE = $250 

TOTAL MOVE IN COSTS:   = $750 negotiable

One of our flatmates is moving out and we are looking for a new flatmate to take over one of the three spacious rooms in our summer townhouse located at CBD, beginning of Parnell (Cotesmore Way). 

The place is 8 mins walking distance to Countdown, Tai Ping Asian market, french market, McDonald's, 15 mins walk to Britomart or Queen st, 20 mins to AUT and 15 mins bus to Mission Bay beach or if you like running around 26mins :)

The house has a large living room, Smart Tv (Netflix), two bathrooms for 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. There is a decent deck to enjoy the sun, fresh air or BBQs for summer. 

**Parking is negotiable. 

We are two professionals working full time in marketing and accounting, our housemate is a kiwi from Wellington and I'm from the Caribbean, Colombia.

We are looking for an easy-going and tidy person who likes to socialize and join us doing sports now and then (exercise/yoga).
