저희집은 미션베이에서 걸어서 5분거리에 위치하고 있습니다.

모든 편의시설(레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓, 헬스장)을 걸을수 있는 거리에 위치되어있어 엄청 편리할거에요.

집에서 오클랜드 시티는 차로 10분, 버스로는 20분 밖에 걸리지 않아서 대중교통이 편리해요.

(버스도 자주있어서, 출퇴근 가능)

현재 집에는 저(남자1)와 여자1명이 지내고있습니다. 저희는 모두 전문직에 종사하고 있어요.

저는 소프트웨어 개발자고 여성분은 간호사입니다. 저희는 1명의 플랫메이트를 더 구하고있어요.

모두 바빠서 집에 없는경우가 많지만, 가끔은 서로 저녁식사를 함께 즐기기도 해요. 

하지만 서로의 사생활은 존중해주니까 걱정안하셔도 됩니다.

저희는 한국말을 유창하게 하지는 못하지만 한국문화를 좋아하고, 저는 한국말을 조금은 할수있어요.

Our house is perfectly located 5 minutes walk away from Mission Bay beach, yet it’s very quiet area. Everything you need (restaurants, supermarket, gym) is within walking distance. It only take 10 minutes drive to get to the city and about 20 minutes by bus. 

Currently, there are two of us (female and male) living in the house. We are young professionals - a software developer and a nurse. We are looking for a single person to join our flat. We live busy lives and are not around the house very often. However, we enjoy occasional dinners together with some wine, yet we respect each others privacy. We are not native Korean speakers, but we love Korean culture, and one of us can speak a little bit of Korean. If you like to share your culture and live in an English-speaking household, you would be a perfect fit to our flat.
