2. Totally 60 square meter. Two bedrooms,1 lounge,1 bathroom,1 kitchen, 1 laundry. Back unit quiet(another one next door both own entrance yard).2 parks. Landlord does not provide furniture, but current tenants will leave NZ so they can sell all their good furniture and appliances to new tenants if you want. Pet negotiable.

3. Lounge, kitchen and bathroom are Not big, but elegant. Plenty storages. Lounge has sun porch.

4. Two double bedrooms. Bigger room can hold King size bed. Smaller room can hold double bed, but king single bed will leave more space. 5. Make appointment for view now. Open home this weekend 18 and 19 Jan. 11am to 12pm. Estimate to move in on 15 Feb. 2020.
