I am looking for a mature, quiet lady to share the apartment with.

The room comes with a bed, bedding, bedside table, desk and chair.  You will have a separate bathroom 

from the owner.

The location is 5 km from City Centre, only 10 minutes by bus. You will have the benefit of living in a suburb 

with a nice view but very close to City Centre and other suburbs. 

The apartment is very close to St Lukes Shopping Centre, Kingsland Shops and cafes, Morningside Cafes. 

You can basically walk from the apartment.

Bus stops are just outside the apartment. Morningside railway station is across the road. 

To go to New Lynn is easy as there is direct bus from outside the apartment. 

You can also catch a train to Newmarket or to West Auckland from Morningside Railway Station.

There are direct buses to Skycity, Les Mills Auckland City, Wynyard Quarter.

From the balcony you will be able to see Eden Park, One Tree Hill, Mt Albert Summit and Waitakare.

There is a nice kitchen which you can use to cook your own meal.  I will provide some spaces in the kitchen 

Cupboard and fridge for you.

The rent is $300 a week include Water, power and internet. Bonds 2 weeks (refundable)
