There are two gewly renovated bathrooms, Rent is $220 per week plus expenses of $50, Expenses include power, water, internet, lawns and a fortnightly cleaner (for the shared spaces). Two oreeks rent is required as bond. The house is on two levels with a nice outdoor garden area and upstairs deck. We are close to Eden Park, Auckland university, Kingsland gillage, cycle track, buses and trains. There are many nice cafes and bars in the area.
