You will be living with me, the owner. The room comes with a bed, bedding, bedside table, desk and chair. You will have a separate bathroom from the owner.

The location is 4.5 km from City Centre, only 10 - 15 minutes by bus. You will have the benefit of 

living in a suburb with a nice view but very close to City Centre and other suburbs. The location is very close to St Lukes Mall Shopping Centre, Kingsland and Morningside shops & cafes. You can basically walk from the apartment.

Bus stops are just outside the apartment. Morningside railway station is across the road. You can 

also catch a train to Newmarkef from Kingsland. 

Or catch a train from Morningside to West Auckland. There aredirect buses to Skycity, 

Les Mills Auckland City, Wynyard Quarter.

We have a very nice view to Eden Park, One TreeHill, Mt Albert Summit and Waitakere from 

the balcony.
