Looking for a new flatmate for a home in Milford.
The house is situated in a convenient and quiet cul-de-sac on Thornton Road, Milford. The property is a 5 minute walk to Smales Farm Bus Station and is ideal for students and workers who use public transport.
There are four total rooms – one for each flatmate. You will be sharing a separated bathroom and toilet with one other flatmate.
We like to maintain a clean, friendly and peaceful environment in the flat.
Total rent + expenses is $200 per week. Paid one week in advance.
Bond is 2 weeks rent = $400
Move out notice is three weeks.
