Hello,
I have 2 double rooms available for rent in a beautiful villa in Epsom in Aratonga Ave (Double Grammar zone). The rooms are both large and sunny and have great views. Both rooms are on the top level and share a separate toilet and bathroom with shower. The house is very close to a bus stop and train station, walking distance to Greenlane Countdown supermarket and One Tree Hill as well as Newmarket.
Rent is $250 per week per room. Viewing is available anytime.
Plenty of onsite parking.
I can help with furnishing the rooms with a single bed and desk if need be.
