Just 5 mins driving to Brownsbay and Albany, 3mins to bus station and supermarket. House has modern dreamy gas kitchens and a deck for a nice view. 2 floors, 2 bathroom, 4 bedroom house. House is quite new so it is warm in winter and cool in summer Spacious double bedroom with huge built-in wardrobe. Internet is fiber which is the fastest. Bills and utilities are all included, However, If it is over $200, we share the extra. Current 3 flatmates are all mid-20s, one female and two males.
