깔끔하고 정리정돈 잘 하시는 분. 조용한 분

렌트비 밀리지 않는 분.

유학생 혹은 워홀로 오신 분.

제가 시프트 근무자라서 가능하면 집에 손님 데려오지 않으시는 분이셨으면 좋겠습니다.

저는 사람 초대 안합니다.

저는 풀타임 시프트 근무하고, 일하지 않을 때는 운동 (gym/running), 게임, 드라마 등 보는 거 좋아합니다.

플랫 하게 되면 저랑 둘이 지내시게 되고, 집에 실내에서 키우는 고양이가 있습니다.

나이가 있어서 뛰어다니지는 않고 대부분의 시간에 거실에서 쉬는 편인데, 사람을 좋아해서 따라다니거나 밥 시간 때에 말이 많아지는 편입니다.

혼자 이사 들어온터라 지금 바로 입주 가능한데, 자세한 부분은 이야기하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

2-bedroom townhouse located in Waltham 

Easy access to bus number 8 and 27

$220 (including wifi) + bills. 2 weeks bond

On street parking (ample parking spots in front of the complex)

Strictly no parties

Ideal flatmate will be: 

Clean, tidy and quiet

who pays rent on time

An international student or someone on working holiday visa

Due to my shift work it’ll be ideal for someone who doesn’t intend to bring people over. I don’t bring people to the place.

There is a single bed in the room already. Not suitable if you have your own furniture.

About me:

Working full time (shift worker)

Trying to stay active, I gym and run.

You’ll see me a lot on my PC, mostly gaming or watching streams, but I’m social enough to have a banter or go for a coffee.

I cook, bake, and crochet. 

The only other flatmate in this house is Nori. 

Strictly indoor cat, purrs a lot and talks to people a lot (gets chatty close to his food time)

Crawls into people’s bed in the morning to sleep in.

Doesn’t jump around the house (chonky and old)

Normally sits on the lounge chair or walks around to stick around people.
