4bedroms house with 2bathrooms. This is a warm, clean, spacious and sunny house, featuring a cozy garden. The house is conveniently located in the Eastern Bays, between Saint Heliers & Glen Innes. 

-Double bedroom1 :  Fully furnished with a king size bed and a desk. A big wardrobe.

-Double bedroom2 :  Fully furnished with a Queen size bed and a desk. A big wardrobe.

The bathroom is shared with the other flatmates. 

Please supply your own foods/towels/bathroom & laundry supplies/loo rolls-We do not share those. 

I provide plenty of storages, a pantry, a washing rack, a shoes rack, cutleries, plates/glasses/cups for yourself. You will share the fridge with other flatmates. 

2 exsiting flatmate, 1 Korean, 1Kiwi, quiet, tidy, non-smoker, the head tenant has many experiences with operating an international flat house and do not host parties. Ensuring the house is not crowded. There are no children residing in the house.
