This is a three-bedroom house with two bathrooms and three toilets. It is newly built and fully furnished (heat pump, sofa, dining table, fridge, washing machine, modern kitchen and alarm). The room is fully furnished with a king single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp and separate bathroom.
There is a 3-minute drive access to the motorway and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop (City via motorway, Westgate shopping centre, Northwest shopping centre, Costco, Pak’nSave, Woolworths, Asian supermarket, Banks, Library, Post Office, Takeaways, etc.)
Rent $230 per week included expenses (internet, wireless unlimited, water and power). Additional fees may apply if you use excessively more electricity in winter. Move-in costs are one week's rent in advance + two weeks' bond.
