This beautiful newly built townhouse is located in Mount Wellington, super close to public transport, supermarkets, and Sylvia Park. It’s only 3 minutes drive from the motorway off-ramp, but tucked away enough that you won’t hear any traffic.

You’ll be living with just two other friendly housemates.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need — just bring your bags and you’re good to go

⭐️The room is furnished and fits a double bed comfortably. It has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, plus a double-door wardrobe for storage.

There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, shared between only three people in total.

Rent:230 per week Bond: $500
* Power, water, and broadband included (fair usage) additional $20 per week
* Shared household essentials (e.g., dishwashing liquid, paper towels) split when needed

We’re ideally looking for someone respectful, tidy, and who treats the house like a home.
