인터내셔널 플랫하우스를 3년 째 운영해왔습니다.
뉴질랜드에서 워킹 홀리데이 비자로 체류 중인 룸메이트들이 다른 도시로 이사하게 되어, 1월 28일까지 함께 지낼 단기 룸메이트를 구합니다. 풀타임으로 근무하며 깔끔하고 조용하며 책임감 있고 렌트비를 제때 납부가능하신 분을 원합니다. 워킹 홀리데이 비자 소지자 또는 유학생도 지원 가능합니다. 가족은 불가합니다. 흡연, 음주, 전자담배 사용은 금지입니다. 파티를 즐기는 분이나 반려동물은 허용되지 않습니다.

침실 3개, 욕실 1개, 별도 화장실 1개가 있는 집입니다. 기존 룸메이트 2명이 함께 살고 있으며, 모두 조용하고 깔끔하며 비흡연자입니다. 파티는 열지 않습니다. 각자 사용시간, 생활 패턴이 달라 집이 북적거리지 않습니다. 어린이는 거주하지 않습니다.

조용하고 깨끗하며 햇살이 잘 드는 집으로 아늑한 데크와 과일나무들이 있는 정원이 있습니다. 마운트 마웅가누이 중심부에 위치하여 교통이 편리합니다리모델링을 해서 집이 깔끔합니다.

더블 침실 2개에는 넉넉한 크기의 옷장과 방충망이 있는 큰 창문이 있습니다. A 침실에는 퀸 사이즈 메모리폼 매트리스와 새 원목 침대 프레임, 콘솔이 비치되어 있으며, B 침실에는 가구가 없습니다. 저는 종종 에어매트리스를 깔고 자는데 충분히 넓고 쾌적합니다. :) 욕실과 화장실은 다른 룸메이트와 공유합니다.

음식, 수건, 욕실용품, 세탁용품, 화장지는 직접 준비해 오셔야 합니다. 공유하지 않습니다. 수납공간이 넉넉한 팬트리, 빨래 건조대, 신발장, 수저, 접시/컵/유리잔 등이 준비되어 있습니다. 냉장고는 다른 룸메이트와 함께 사용하게 됩니다. A 침실은 이불과 베게, 침대시트 등이 제공되구요. B 침실은 침대가 없는 이유로 담요만 제공합니다. 본인 매트리스가 있으면 가져오셔도 됩니다.

베이페어 몰과 버스 정류장까지 차로 2분, 걸어서 15분 거리입니다.
마운트 메인 비치와 고속도로 진입로까지 차로 5분 거리입니다.

이 집은 특히 여름철에 정말 인기가 많은 지역에 위치해 있습니다 ;) 뉴질랜드에서 정말 멋진 라이프스타일을 즐기실 수 있습니다.

My flatmates on Working Holidays in NZ are moving to a different town. Currently I'm looking for a short term flatmate who is full-time working and clean&tidy, quiet, responsible and pays the rent on time and can stay until the 28th of January for holidays. Individuals on a working holiday visa or international students are also welcome to apply. No couples, family or friends / No smoking, drinking, vaping / No party person / No pets sorry

It's a 3bedrooms house with 1bathroom&1separated toilet.
2existing flatmates, genuine, quiet, tidy and non-smokers and we do not host parties. We all have a different routines, ensuring the house is not crowded. There are no children residing.

This is a quiet, clean and very sunny house, featuring a cozy deck and a lovely citrus garden. The house is conveniently located in the centre of Mount Maunganui. It's been nicely renovated.

The double bedrooms are available includes a good-sized wardrobe and a large window with a fly screen. Bedroom A is furnished with a Queen sized a memory form mattress and a new solid pinewood bed frame and a console, and Bedroom B isn't furnished. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the others.

Please supply your own foods/towels/bathroom&laundry supplies and loo rolls - We don't share those.
I provide plenty of storages, a pantry, a washing rack, shoes racks, cutlery, plates/glasses/cups etc. You'll share the fridge with another flattie.

2min drive, 15min walk to Bayfair mall and bus stops.
5min drive to The Mount Main Beach, The motorway on ramp

This house offers a wonderful lifestyle, especially for the summer season ;)
