A quiet, clean and warm house with a cozy deck and a lovely garden with citrus trees. The house at handy and secure location is in the centre of the Mount Maunganui. Renovated nicely.

The single bedroom has a good size of wardrobe and a big window with a sunny garden view. The room is furnished with a new king single memory form mattress & a new solid pinewood bed frame (Included a sheet, a pillow and a duvet with cover) and a 3tier drawer. Sharing the bathroom and the toilet.
Supply your own foods/bedding/linen/towels/bathroom & laundry stuffs and loo rolls. We do not share them.
I provide you plenty of storages, a pantry, a washing rack, shoes racks, cutlery, plates/glasses/cups for yourself. Sharing the fridge with the other flattie.
