We’re looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to move into a double room in our cozy home in Ngaio.

Rent is $230/week, excluding bills, with a bond of $1,000. We’re ideally seeking a long-term tenant. Available from 12/11/2024.

No pets, no smoking.

About the Room:
 • Spacious double room with a built-in wardrobe, desk, and chair.
 • Double glazed windows to keep the room warm.
 • No bed included, but one can be provided for a fair price

About the House:
 • Located in a peaceful, friendly Ngaio neighborhood, close by Woolworth Crofton Downs.
 • Close to city, 15 mins by bus, 10 mins by car. Just 20 meters from the bus stop with plenty of street parking available.
 • Has three bedroom, one bathroom with separated toilet, big kitchen and dinning area. Also has huge front and back yard.
 • Includes gas cooktop, gas hot water, heater, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all essential furnitures.

Current Flatmates:
 • A professional couple in the master bedroom
 • A master’s student in another double room
 • We’re friendly, respectful, and keep regular schedules
